Membership passes automatically renew at the end of every semester. You can cancel your membership from your platform billing portal or by texting or emailing our team.
Cancel from the platform billing portal
Navigate to your billing portal from the platform by hovering over your profile avatar on the home page and clicking the “Billing” option from the dropdown. You can also navigate to the portal by visiting endr.link/billing.
Click the cancel plan button and follow the instructions.
Cancel by emailing or texting our team
You can cancel your membership by texting our team (650)-265-6500 from the phone number you signed up with or by emailing our team at [email protected] from the email you signed up with.
Once your membership has been cancelled, you’ll still have access to Ender until the end of your current billing period.
